MANUFACTURING UNIT
Our three-storey manufacturing facility, which spans 32000 square feet, features over 300 machines. Sliding Head Machines, CNC, VMC, various Traub Machines, and Special Purpose Machines are among our ultra-modern machines. Production manager and Supervisors, Foreman, Line and final QC Inspector, and workers make up a total of roughly 250 competent personnel.
QUALITY TESTING LAB
Our quality administrators make sure that the raw materials used in the making of the product are procured from reliable sources. Stringent quality checks are conducted during the production process till the last stage. When the product is ready to be dispatched, testing is done to on different parameters that include strength and durability. All these efforts results in defect-free product.
Company has unique Inspection facility to achieve goal to zero defects and rejection of any products manufactured well experienced and regularly trained, technocrat engineers, carry out the Inspection on each Individual product.
INHOUSE TOOLROOM
We have a tool-room on site with a variety of tools and machine parts. We maintain all of the tool and machine parts that we frequently use in stock, including dies, thread gauges, twist drills, bearings, thread taps, thread gauges, and round tools. We always have tools on hand to avoid depending on outside vendors, which cuts down on maintenance time.

PACKING DEPARTMENT
We use high quality boxes for packaging as we ship materials to various countries, so we make sure that the material received by the customer is intact and is in the great condition
If the customer has any special requests, we also offer packaging that is tailored to their needs.
Additionally, after packing is complete, qualified professionals double-check the quantities to ensure there are no shortages.
